The Finn Group has grown more than 450% in the last 3 years and is now the largest business broker network in their region. When we started working with Finn, they had under 15 staff and today employ more than 140. We are very proud to have been part of the growth of this company. and the ongoing launch of brand extensions.

BACKGROUND

After early success between 2004 and 2013, The Finn Group approached us in the early stages of franchising thier founding brand Finn Franchise Brokers and on the eve of launching sister brand Finn Business Sales in 2013. We have since launched 5 new Finn brands.

CHALLENGE

Without an internal marketing team, we were appointed as the external marketing managers. Establish brands and materials that met the goals of owners, franchisees, franchisee recruitment and two client segments, business buyers and business sellers.

Over the last 3 years, we have recommended and implemented changes across all Finn marketing initiatives including style guides,  websites, database marketing, training materials, procedures manuals, landing pages, sales materials, event materials, video production, franchise acquisition comunications – print and digital, advertisements, conference materials and all assisted with the succesful launch of Finn Business Sales.
